The Academy Series of Lectures launched
Academy of Value Based Management, in collaboration with ShyamLal College of University of Delhi, launched the Academy Lecture Series on Indian System Management, with the first on Sunday, the 5thof June, in the College campus.
Krishna Kumar MB, having diverse experience in Yogic Practices, cosmic energy and biogenic field of studies, delivered lecture on ‘The Doctrine of Yoga’. His lecture on the principles ‘resonance and light’ in yoga for the development and advancement of self sustainable faculties.
As, Lao Tzu says, ‘The journey of a thousand miles begins with a single step’. The lecture series will have specific aspects of Indigenous systems of management to be held once in a month. The series aims to integrate knowledge from ancient Indian scriptures into the present streams of management for knowledge sharing, and engaging young minds across the Universities
Prof. Sunita Singh Sengupta, the Founder and Chief Mentor of the Academy (AVM) took great pleasure in this value creating collaboration with ShyamLal College. Principal of ShyamLal College, Dr. Rabi Narayan Kar FCS, and faculty member, Dr. Ruchika Ramakrishnan are highly enthusiastic about the newly launched lecture series and intends to reach out to the students through the college’s novel initiative. The launch was marked by the presence of key members of the Academy such as Dr. J. L. Raina, Prof. J. K. Mitra and Prof Bhudev Sharma and others from academics, industry, Government departments as well as research scholars.
